A Growing Family Business 

Owner Jeffrey Nash knows a thing or two about retractable screening solutions. In 1999, Jeff began working for his wife Laurie’s parents in their Phantom distributorship. He learned how to install retractable screens and saw the huge difference they made in customer’s homes. Around 2003 he bought the business and named it Retractable Solutions Inc.

Retractable Solutions began life in an old house, with Jeff and his small team headquartered in the upstairs and garage. After buying out his partner, the headquarters moved again: this time into his home office. He remodeled his wife’s office to give them more work space, allowing them to work side-by-side and support each other’s businesses. 

The support must have worked, because Retractable Solutions is moving again, this time to a recently bought property dedicated to the business. The new space will include a 6,000 sq ft warehouse, offices and a conference room. When it opens in the spring it will certainly be a step up from the garage and home office the business once called home. With hard work and a focus on customer satisfaction, this family company keeps continuing to grow.
