How to Set the My Position

Hello and welcome to the video guide for setting a MY Favorite position on a Somfy RTS motorized product. These instructions are suitable for all Somfy RTS motors.

To set a MY Favorite position, start by using the UP or DOWN button to move the motorized product… and then press the MY button to stop it in the desired intermediate position. PRESS and HOLD the MY button until the motorized product jogs briefly. The MY Favorite position is now set, and the product will return to this position when the MY button is pressed. Please note, if the motorized product is in motion, the MY button should be pressed twice… once to stop it, and then again to send it to the MY Favorite position.

If you wish to delete the current MY Favorite setting, first briefly press the MY button to send the motorized product to the current MY position. Then, press and hold the MY button for 5 seconds. The motorized product will jog briefly to confirm the setting has been deleted.

The motorized product remains in User mode, ready to use.
