Can the myLink PIN be reset?
The myLink makes it simple to share control of your Somfy-powered RTS products! Share with your significant other, your kids, roommates, family, and friends. In order to share control, all you need to do is share your four-digit PIN.
Can I change the myLink PIN?
If you need to change your myLink PIN for any reason, you can easily reset in the myLink app. First, navigate to the main menu and into the Mobile PIN section. Once in that section, you should see your four-digit PIN:
Once there, select Change PIN. You’ll have the opportunity to create a new PIN for your myLink system. Make sure the PIN you select is four digits and choose something you’ll be able to remember easily.
Important Note: Once you’ve changed your myLink PIN, it will also need to be changed on all myLinks and connected mobile devices for your system. If your spouse or child has the old PIN, they’ll need to update to your new PIN. Remember that they’ll need to be on the same WiFi network as your myLink device to join your system.
