Background

The Caisse de Dépôt et Placement du Quebec (CDPQ) Complex project in Montreal was a significant redevelopment and modernization effort led by Daoust Lestage Architects and Les Architectes. The complex’s facade is made entirely of glass and allows for optimum entrance of natural light. To ensure continuous visual comfort for occupants by avoiding glare and excessive sunlight, Somfy's animeo IP/RS485 technology was installed with every office utilizing automated motorized blinds.
